Once received a email will be sent back including a wholesale discount code that is 50% off of retail prices as well as your account being marked as taxed exempt

- If you need a tee replaced please email us at wildriverws@gmail.com
- Once your order is paid for it can not be changed in any way. (ie. design, color or size)
- DO NOT PAY AN INVOICE IF ANYTHING (color, size, etc.) IS INCORRECT. If you pay an invoice that has a mistake on it we are not responsible for changing it.
- Shipping will be exact weight calculated on the website
- Turn around is an ESTIMATED 1-3 weeks for wholesale and 2-7 business days for retail/drop shipping unless otherwise stated. ANYTHING WITH BLEACH IS AN EXTRA 2-4 BUSINESS DAYS!
- Turn around for an order with more than 25 shirts is an ESTIMATED 10-14 business days
- If you have not received your package 21-28 business days from the date you paid your invoice please contact us.
- You will receive an email when your order is shipped.
- All payments go through Shopify or website
- There will be no refunds or returns unless your shirt is incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
All refunds our subject to Wild River discretion.
